Born and raised in the bay area, I’ve always had a great passion for fitness. From swimming to running, to lifting weights, I love seeing the changes my body can make with a set goal in mind and consistency. I’ve been training since 2011 and continue to love what I do!
One of the main goals I have set for myself and want for my clients, is to have an open mind. Though there may be limitations and modifications that need to made during your fitness journey, there are always different paths we can take along the way to accomplish a set goal.
