Growing up, I was always very active and participated in many school sports. I knew I needed to find a career path that I could channel all that positive energy into.
I found my true passion for fitness while taking an Anatomy and Physiology course in college. I became fascinated with the human body. From cadavers and learning about different muscle fibers, to how the body digests food, I was intrigued and knew it was a field I wanted to pursue.
Over the last 6 years, I've continued to dedicate my time learning about the human body, making sure I stay current with the newest fitness trends and technologies.
My clients are my everything, they become family. Getting to know them and building a strong relationship is what means the most to me. Whether its losing or gaining weight, working with a knee injury or back issue, I am dedicated to helping my clients get to their ultimate goal, while continuing to set new goals along the way. There may be specific limitations when it comes to an individuals physical capability, but it is my job to break and build on those limitations.
